Ever feel like you are in a really good groove? You get out of bed on time you go to work you play you eat you love you laugh and go to bed to start all over again. Happy healthy wealthy wise. Things get done in a somewhat timely manner and you're rollin'.
THEN.
One morning you wake up later.
For some reason your bowl of cereal takes longer than its usual 90 seconds to consume. Your clothes don't fit. You're going to be late for work!
OH SHOOT! Its not 8 o clock its 9!! You are ALREADY late for work!!
From that day on the groove is gone! For a week you're catching up that one hour over the course of seven days. Its panic and stress and you feel like you're taking crazy pills!!
Then one Tuesday morning you wake up. The sun is shining. You are early to work. You get work done. You eat healthy lunch. The day flies by!
Ah...
It takes sometime to build it back up- but then your momentum comes back. And what a delightful feeling it is! :)
